Hi everyone! Here’s some info and some answers to questions I get a lot:
- I don’t have set hours. I have to leave by 2:45 every day to pick my daughter up from school so I try my best to find the best day/time for the both of us.
- I do not de-mat dogs. Yes, I will brush out some tangles but de-matting is very painful for your dog! Humanity over vanity!
- NO, I will not cut your dogs nails until they bleed. I will clip and file the shortest I can, but I will never intentionally make them bleed!
- Gina and I make our own schedules. We cannot schedule for each other and do not know each others schedules.
- Gina and I are human. We make mistakes, accidentally write down appointments on wrong days, or write the wrong date/time on your card PLEASE be nice! We try our best to work with everyone and fix our mistakes but there’s no reason to be rude!
- yes, we can pluck ears and express a**l glands BUT only IF YOU ASK! (No, it’s not extra $)
- we will ALWAYS clip nails with every full groom! (No, it’s not extra $)
- Gina and I have family’s. Our evening/Saturday appointments are very limited and are very booked. Once again, we try to be accommodating to everyone but sometimes it’s not possible to fit everyone in. Just be nice!
- please use the parking spaces in the front lot. Pulling straight up to the door can cause an accident if multiple customers come at once.
