The Peninsula SPCA is offering free scans today, Monday Aug. 15th, for Check the Chip Day! If your pet is not microchipped, we will be hosting a special microchip clinic tomorrow, 8/16, 9am-3pm.

**Our clinic page will no longer be active by August 31st. Be sure to like/follow our main page Peninsula SPCA for the latest news and events!**

🔎 Happy Check the Chip Day! 🔎
In case your pet ever gets lost, the best way to ensure your pet comes home safely is by microchipping your pet. That is why Peninsula SPCA adoptions include microchipping! It is also important to make sure your information stays up to date and every so often make sure the chip is still easy to find. On Check the Chip Day, take a moment to make sure your contact information is updated and swing by the Peninsula SPCA to check the chip. We will be hosting free scans from 11am-3pm (donations are appreciated).

If your pet has not been microchipped, we will also be hosting a microchip clinic on Wednesday, August 16th, for only $25 per pet. Walk-ins welcome!

This holiday season, try to brighten your boughs and wreaths with something other than tinsel!

The pandemic has made it even tougher to save animals in need. Our resources are stretched thinner than ever. Worst of all, we no longer have a running vehicle. Our van is a lifesaving tool and we need your help!
Your caring gift today will help us get closer to our $50,000 goal, funding a new van and ensuring we can transport at-risk pets and animals in need of emergency care. Without this vehicle, they might be left to suffer and struggle alone.
