As a Realtor, my job isn’t just to help you buy a home… it’s to make sure you’re ready to buy one without losing your financial peace.

Mortgage ≠ Rent.
Owning a home means taxes, repairs, insurance, maintenance… and the emotional stress if something breaks.

Here's my 5-question checklist for anyone considering buying:
✅ Will you live there at least 10 years?
✅ Do you have a 20% down payment plus an emergency fund?
✅ Are your total housing costs under 28% of your income?
✅ Can you handle the value dropping 10% and still sleep at night?
