BOLO:

Among the dogs taken were a chocolate English bulldog valued at approximately $7,300, a French bulldog valued at approximately $6,500, and a red and white Boston terrier valued at around $3,000.

A Rome pet store was burglarized over the weekend in a scenario similar to ones that have played out in Atlanta and Lawrenceville where several puppies were taken.

We will be closing at 4 p.m. today as our power remains out because of the storm. The power company will be working through the night to try to get power restored by 6 a.m. tomorrow. We expect to reopen at our regular time tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.

As of this time Newnan Animal Hospital will remain open to continue to provide services to our valued clients.
We want you to know that we are fully aware of the current concerns surrounding the coronavirus outbreak. We are mindful of sanitizing surfaces regularly for the protection of staff and clients.
If you have social distancing concerns please call the office prior to your arrival so we can accommodate your level of comfort.
Most importantly, if you are ill or you reside with someone who is ill, please call ahead so we can make arrangements for your special needs in handling your pets.

There was no card and efforts to find the identity of the sender have been unsuccessful but we couldn't let our gratitude go unmentioned.
