French 🗼is 3 years old and weighs about 50lbs. French has tested well with other dogs, yet we always recommend you bring all family members and pets with current rabies certificates to all meet and greets. French enjoyed some extra attention today and all the bacon 🥓 strips for using his best manners like sit and walking well on a leash. French must have placement by Tuesday June 16th at 5pm. Breezy 🍃 is estimated at 5 years old. Breezy is past the puppy phase and ready to enjoy the finer things in life, a soft bed to lay her head at night. Breezy is a larger girl at 65lbs but we think it’s 65lbs of very good girl. Breezy is fully vetted and heartworm negative. Breezy has done well with everyone she has met. Breezy is one of our long term residents and must find placement by Tuesday June 16th at 5pm. We currently have 131 dogs and space for only 121. Adoptions have slowed, and we urgently need adopters, rescues, fosters, and shares from our community.
Some of our longest residents need adoption or rescue by 5 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

How is our boy Gonzo still searching for his forever home?! He has been with us since March 25th, 2025. That is 429 days of being overlooked and we honestly don't get it.
Gonzo is the total package. Check out his resume:
• 🐾 Dog Friendly: He has tested well with other dogs!
• 🦮 Leash Manners: He walks like an absolute gentleman.
• 🧠 Smart Boy: He already knows his basic commands.
What is he missing? Just one thing, you. He needs someone to walk through our doors, look past the kennel bars, and see the amazing, boy that we see every single day.

🥓 P.S. Did Gonzo get extra bacon strips yesterday for being such a good boy? You bet he did, and he loved every single crumble of it!
