Beautiful yellow 8 week old male parrotlet ready for his new home! Mom & Dad are definitely ready for him to fly the coop, as it looks like they are already preparing for their next clutch! This boy has a good demeanor but hasn’t been handled a ton.

Things have been really slow around here. Two breeding pairs but not too many babies. That’s ok though. My birds are never pressured to over produce and are given ample breaks between clutches. Here’s Bluey & Clovers only spring baby of 2025. Can’t wait to see what color and gender they produced this time. 💕

Current happenings for our aviary:

All of our babies from our last two clutches have made it to their new homes! 😊

Clover and Bluey are currently working on their next clutch (so far 4 eggs)

We have paired babies from 1st clutch of Bluey and Clovers and from Sushi & Kai’s clutch.
We hope to see babies from Lemon Drop and Tie Dye by next spring 🤞🏻

This completes our Parrotlet pairs for our aviary and we hope to be adding another species of bird here soon.

More Parrotlet babies are expected to be ready sometime in December ♥️
