Dallas had the best Sunday funday ever!!! I would say probably to her, maybe even the best day ever🤣 All of her favorite things.. Me, water, a big pool, her ball ( of course because that’s never left out) , and non stop swimming laps because she’s a weirdo, and also mom doing lots of ball throwing for her😂

🐾 Do you know how many rejections it costs to be a breeder?

Being a breeder is not just pictures of cute puppies and pride in beautiful dogs.
It is also a whole ocean of rejections that are invisible to someone on the outside.

🕰️ Time? There is no such thing as "free"

You forget about weekends, trips, vacations. At least for a few hours.
You can't go to the movies with newborns lying in the crib.
You can't sleep peacefully at night if the pregnant bitch is worried.
You can't leave the incubator when one puppy is fighting for its life.
There is no "break" in breeding. Every minute counts.

💸 Money? You invest endlessly

💰 Good dogs are expensive - and very expensive.
💰Tests, genetic tests, exhibitions, travel, food, supplements, c-sections, medicines, vaccines,accessories - these are thousands of dollars 💵
💰 Income? Sometimes it just goes away. There isn't any. Sometimes you are left in debt and... with an empty bed.

💔 Emotions? You learn patience and pain

➡️ When a puppy dies in your arms, and you are powerless.
➡️ When a bitch does not give birth, despite your efforts.
➡️ When you have to refuse a person who "only wants one dog", because you see that it will not be a good home.
➡️ When you sacrifice everything - and in return you receive hatred, jealousy and slander.

👩 ⚕️No routine - you are a breeder, but also:

🩺 a nurse/neonatalogist
🍼 foster mother
📖 in genetics
📦 in logistics
📷 a photographer
🧹 a cleaning lady
🧠 a psychologist
💬 advisor to their clients, often for years

👨 👩 👧 👦 family and friends ?? Things can be difficult

- "We can't meet because the bitch is giving birth." ""
- "I won't come because the puppies have diarrhea and I need to guard them." ""
- "No, I won't leave them with anyone. "It's my responsibility."

Not everyone will understand. Not everyone will stay.

❤️ But through it all... it's love

Love for animals, for their lives, for the development of the breed.
Love that makes you get up 10 times a night.

Can DRB here just have a little bit of love so we can convice his dad Trey KingTrey King to get him in the international show ring with me!!!!!

yall give this absolutely ridiculously handsome baby boy SOME MUCH WANTED BOOPS AND SNOOPA!!! His mom was bred to a sire perfect for her… the results are incredible. Like my pups blow me awayy everydayy when I see pics of them growing up!
Now yall help me convince Trey to give it a try for a weekwnd show!!!
He is #75 pounds and a Great boy.

Friendly Reminder: DONT LET YOUR DOGS HAVE TOYS WITH SQUEAKERS!!! I am always very very cautious on what toys my dogs get, what they can access and I can’t even recall the last time we had a squeaky toy in our house that the big dogs had!
The only squeaky toys are in the puppy play room, and no one has access back in there besides pups and momma Dekklynn!
Well somehow my sweet girl Dallas Kapree found herself a single squeaker!!! She doesn’t even like any toys besides BALLS! So I’m even more dumbfounded…
But yesterday morning she had to have emergency surgery to remove this unknown foreign body…. And it was a SQEAKER that folded in half!!!

So a friendly reminder always pay close attention to toys, remove squeakers and always make sure you know the signs of a possible foreign body!!!

Prayers and love for my girl would be soo appreciated ❤️❤️❤️
