Wanted to give a Minnie update for all our amazing supporters. Minnie’s health is a little worse than we had first thought. She has been through a lot and many years of neglect has left her with a lot of issues we can’t undo. The vet said her time is near and she is unable to hold her bladder or bowels, and vet said she wouldnt do a surgery on her because she probably wouldn’t make it through it. We’ve decided to just keep her comfortable with meds and her favorite foods, and we’ve treated what we can on her (skin infections, bladder infection and eye infections) and are just giving her the love and care she always deserved before we give her a dignified end to her worldly life. Along with her infections, Minnie is completely blind, almost completely deaf, incontinent , has bad skin infections, all of her teeth are broken or missing, and she has a really bad old injury to her back leg that healed strait and makes it very difficult for her to walk and go to the bathroom. While we’d like to find the person that did this to her and dumped her on the street to die to bring her justice, we will bring her justice by loving her and giving her a dignified ending to her sweet little life. We’ll be giving her the “best doggie day out” the day before we make the decision to let her go, but struggling a bit with that decision now so the date hasn’t been determined yet. Thank you so much to everyone that donated so that we could treat her infections and pain management. This sweet girl deserved to be cared for and spoiled!

Pupdate on Minnie! She is doing really well. She has an eye doc appt on Friday and we’ll see which option will be best for her ❤️ Minnie was found as a stray wandering the streets in newnan for days before a kind soul took her in to get checked at the vet and called us, it has been 4 days and she has not been claimed. We have been keeping her comfortable with meds and will be treating her eye condition to make sure she is comfortable in her final years. Minnie is an older pup with lots of older pup health issues including being blind, partially deaf, no use of her back leg, broken and missing teeth, incontinence (possibly from being over bred ) and some skin issues, but despite all of that she is still the sweetest little tail wagging love. she loves to just be held and rest her head on your chest for as long as you’ll let her. We are raising money for her medical care as we already know even without surgery her bills will be quite high. Any dollar you can contribute to Minnie’s special needs care will be so appreciated ❤️❤️ she says thank you and sends. A little rail wag to every donor!!!

No one has claimed this poor soul so we are going to start trying to raise money for what are going to be expensive medical costs.
Little “Minnie” looks to have bad glaucoma and is blind and will most likely have to get this eye removed. But needs to see an eye specialist first. If you can contribute to this poor babies costs please donate and if you cannot please share! She is incontinent , has been bred, has a bad old leg injurt, skin condiiton, all broken teeth. This sweet soul deserves to live her final years not in pain. Every dollar helps tremendously.

This poor thing was found wandering the streets in Newnan (widewater subdivision off 34) , she is a senior, mostly blind, has a bad, old leg injury and some other health issues but is resting after a medicated bath, hair trim to get the hair out of her eyes, some good nutrients and vet visit thanks to Lauren, she’s chirping up a bit! we hope her owner is found but if not she has a safe place to stay with us ❤️ no chip or collar please share this baby!
