White Dog Apiary The Griggs family, including Mike, Cathy, and Sarah Griggs have been the proprietors for White Dog Apiary since the early 1990s.

Mike is our strong and talented beekeeper while Sarah and Cathy are beekeeper support. Our yellow labs have been a huge part of the family and you can often see them keeping on eye on Mike! White Dog Apiary has been thriving here on Benjamin Hill Road in Newfield collecting over A TON of honey each year.

Merry Christmas from our home to yours! December is flying by and we are super busy here at White Dog Apiary. Our last day for special order pick up will be Saturday, December 20th. Please get your orders in early! After the 20th we will be focusing on our own holiday. If you are in need of last minute gifts, the Honey Hut (179 Benjamin Hill Rd Newfield, NY) will be stocked as full as possible and we will also be set up at the Fir Farm (486 Shaffer Road, Newfield, NY).

Small business Saturday! We are set up and ready. You can find us (and about 50 other small businesses) at the Arnot Mall in Big Flats, New York.

What an amazing day. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and took a day off from a very busy fall! Enjoyed playing with otters at Wild Animal Park in Chittenango (a bucket list experience for sure… swimming with otters should be next!). I think Ollie looking up at Mike and Myra looking up at our daughter Sarah are giving the same vibe. Happy Fall!!
