If you are considering a new pup, check out sweet Ralphie ❤️

Okay, we're going to try this again because poor Ralphie had hardly any shares on his post 😞. Look at his adorable face, just waiting to hear that someone wants him.

Ralphie is 7 months old and currently weighs about 30 pounds. He has lived his entire life in rescue!! He was surrendered as a newborn puppy due to a cleft palate and fostered until it could be repaired. Now he's been waiting quite awhile at the shelter for someone besides staff and volunteers to fall in love with him.

Ralphie will need to have his palate monitored at regular intervals by his vet, the staff Salem Animal Rescue League will be happy to give potential adopters more info.
This boy is as happy as can be, adores humans of all ages and is just busy being a puppy! With proper introductions, he will be able to join a home with an adult dog. Please spread the word so this good boy can finally have a home 🙂.

We posted this boy in October, unfortunately there weren't too many shares and he's still waiting.

Dallas has a past, that started out normal enough, but went downhill very quickly after his mom passed😢. So he learned that not all humans are kind, patient and loving. To read his heartbreaking story, please click on the link below.

Now for the good part, this 7 year old very good boy has regained most of the 33 pounds he lost while trying to avoid people. He has shown that he is a super love bug, enjoys other dogs and bombproof with cats.

Dallas, is understandably wary of new people, so potential adopters must be aware it will take time to earn his much deserved trust before the true Dallas shines through . And what a gift that will be💕.

A quiet home with patient adopters that will let him blossom at his own pace, is just what this boy needs and deserves!

Please help us show Dallas there are many more good people in this world and help him find his perfect home.

Option for your pup to join a small, well behaved group, or if needed a solo walk.

These spots rarely pop up so take advantage while you can!

Zeus and Lucy are a 2 year old brother and sister pair available for adoption at our Boston Adoption Center. They are kind of unicorns because they have known positive histories with other dogs, cats, and children!

We would love to be able to adopt these two out together, but these days it can be challenging enough to place a single large dog let alone two. Please share this post and keep sharing it until it reaches someone who falls in love with both of them so they can stay together!

🌟🌟Two important messages today!!!!

💗- First, yes this is Cleo again, who has spent over 300 days in a shelter waiting and no one has picked her😢😢. Imagine spending that long, being the best girl she can be and still not adopted. No matter how wonderful staff and volunteers are, dogs spend many, many hours in their kennels- that's the reality of shelter life. The nights are long ☹️

She's approaching 8 years old now and deserves to be in a home being loved for the rest of her life. Cleo loves people, car rides, walks and water. She has enjoyed hanging out with some dogs at the shelter. Her adoption fee has been waived!!

💗-Second, due to whatever FB does with its algorithms, our posts are not being seen by as large an audience as it was. We are apparently lost in the "who cares" land that it puts some pages into from time to time. Commenting, liking and/or sharing really make the difference. We are trying very hard to help these deserving souls find homes, so shelters, rescues and fosters can help more of the hundreds of dogs, still waiting in this country.

Bella is STILL waiting- 8 months = 243 days = 5832 hours and still no home to call her own 😫😫.

Bella has been in a temporary foster home because she does not handle the stress of the shelter well, but her fabulous foster family cannot foster after July 12th. This means she needs her happy ever after very soon!

This frosted face bundle of love is 8 years and loves every human she meets, no matter the age. Bella will need to be the only four legged diva in the home as she is reactive to other dogs. Now we know this makes it a bit more challenging BUT we also know that there are people that would love to have an easy peasy gal to hang out with at home. Imagine being on the receiving end of that big smile and her happy dance every day, when she sees her favorite humans💕💕💕

We aren't all in the position to adopt this very good girl, but we can all certainly help find the person who can. Please, please, please share so hundreds of people see that she needs a home. Click on the link below to find out more information.

We're sending out an SOS to help this handsome guy find a home. Timmy is such a happy soul, loves everyone he meets, is great with dogs and yet, he's been waiting and waiting (nearly 5 months). Older kids would be fine with him.

Timmy does have diabetes insipidus, which is different from the more commonly known diabetes mellitus. He does not require insulin shots, his condition is managed with eyes drops.

This very good boy is hanging out with his buddies from Salem Animal Rescue League and he loves them all, but there's many hours in the day when he's just waiting for the best news ever - that someone has picked him.

PLEASE help Timmy by telling everyone about him!
