An honest update from Prima.
If you’ve noticed we’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, I wanted to share where things stand.
Over the past few months we ran into a combination of supplier delays, some personal health challenges on my end, and a slower sales stretch that made it harder to keep materials flowing the way we normally do. That combination put us behind on some orders.
Where I know I could have done better is communication. When things became difficult, I focused heavily on solving the problems in the shop, but I should have done a better job keeping everyone updated along the way. That part is on me.
For those of you who have been waiting patiently, I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
The good news is that we’re now on the other side of most of those hurdles. Parts supply has stabilized, production is moving again, and we’re steadily working through the remaining back orders.
One thing that’s important to share is that Prima machines are not mass-produced elsewhere and shipped to us. They’re built right here in our shop. We source quality components, but every system is assembled, tested, and refined by hand before it leaves.
That hands-on process is something we’re proud of. It allows us to keep improving the machines as we go, even if it sometimes means production moves a little slower than mass-manufactured equipment.
During this stretch we’ve also been working on a number of improvements and new ideas behind the scenes, and I’m genuinely excited about where the next generation of Prima systems is heading.
Thank you again to everyone who has supported us and continued believing in what we’re building here.
