I know it’s early but I couldn’t wait. Here’s April in review. What a spring break season!
First, newcomer Teddy. This gorgeous, sweet, loving boy is a Husky/Golden mix. I am amazed by this dog. So smart, so sweet, and doesn’t know how big he is. He had no problems adjusting to being here at all.
Then, we add a dash of the Lunatic. She makes me laugh every time she comes here. She gets out of the car, comes right to the door and walks in like she lives here. Oh Luna! I just love your squishy face.
As if that wasn’t enough, we add a bit of Murphy (Da Smurph, Da Flurph) to the mix. I tried to just stay out of the way. The boys played and Luna and I sought refuge on the couch.
After Teddy left, Murphy and Luna were sad…for a minute. Then they played and had all the treats they could handle and became best friends.
Next is a happy repeat visit, a Golden Mountain Doodle named STELLAAAAA! I love this girl. She is the fluffiest, most lovable piece of Velcro you will ever meet. She wouldn’t let me out of her sight. She has been here a few times and every time, I don’t want her to go home. But then again, I say that about all the dogs.
Rounding out the month, since Murphy and Luna get along so well, we (parents and myself), worked out a play date. They were so exhausted by the end of the day but, wow the fun they had.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love this job! Stay tuned for an updated availability list.

March in review

First, Da Smurph! What can I say about this sweet, goofy, vocal, pony sized boy? He’s one of the greatest dogs. I love his mini visits. Next up, my favorite Lapadors, Riley and Gauge. I love their faces and Riley makes me laugh with those crossed paws. Such a lady. Now on to Miss Mia. This tiny Yorkie/Maltese/Shih Tzu girl has me absolutely wrapped around her paws. I can’t with the cuteness. Finally, there’s Teddy. This Husky/Golden Retriever mix is incredibly sweet, well mannered, smart and best of all, cuddly. It’s going to be a great time with him. Today is Murphy’s very first birthday. He got to come visit me for the day so I treated him to his very own blueberry muffin. My family started that tradition with our own dogs years ago. I think he likes it. Happy Birthday Smurph!! 🎉🎂🥳🐶❤️❤️

February in review

Started off the month with a visit from the Luna(tic), my sweet sunspot baby. I love her visits. She keeps me on my toes for sure. Next up, a short, impromptu visit with my favorite Bassett, Grady. Look at that face and those little legs. Um, can we say adorable? Now on to Miss Reecie. I was thinking about how long it’s been since I’ve seen her and within 15 minutes I get a call asking if I take her for a few days. Uh, yes please! So I got my fix with this goofy, sassy, acrobatic, cuddly girl. I’m not sure how that stretch was comfortable 🤣 What can I say about this next fluffernutter? Murphy aka Da Smurph, Da Flurph (so many names), got to spend a few days with me while his brother was winning varsity basketball games. Go Lions! Then there’s my favorite singer Koda and sister Sage. We worked on a solo for Koda and Sage was a great coach. Think they may both be ready for next season of The Voice. 🎶 Rounding out the month, sweet little Polly. She surprises me every time she comes here with new tricks. I’ve never seen her sit up like that before.

January in review: started off strong with a short visit from sweet Lucy. Next up, Murphy (da Smurf). This doodle is a giant fluffy baby. Then Grady came for a short visit. He is always excited to see me when he comes. I can hear him down the block. 🤣. Wrapping up the month, I got a nice long visit with the Super Kooper. That little Yorkie mix is so sweet and goofy and cuddly and just wants to be in your lap all day. Not going to lie, I let him. Excited to see what February brings. Stay tuned for some updates to the availability.
