We wanted to let everyone know that one of our poster dogs has crossed the rainbow bridge very unexpectedly over the weekend. We are absolutely heartbroken. Special thanks to Middletown Veterinary Hospital for all of the compassion you showed us during this very difficult time. Thank you for the hugs we shared. The fur capsules are absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a compassionate veterinary office during the last moments with your fur baby we highly recommend them. Dozer you were the best ambassador for all pit Bull type dogs. We miss you so much. Our hearts are broken but we know we will see you again soon. We know you are running over that rainbow bridge with a hundred tennis balls. Until we meet again buddy. We love you .

It is with great sadness that Renee’s Rescues and Pit Bull Pride of Delaware announces the loss of Barnaby. In a brief period, Barnaby touched the hearts of animal lovers across the map.

“If love alone could have saved you, you would have lived forever.” Renee and Lauren hugged and kissed him as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Our hearts are shattered. Please know this. He knew love for the first time in his life.

In loving memory of Barnaby.
Yesterday when I went to visit with him he came over and sat in my lap. An employee immediately snapped this photo. I will forever love you buddy. My heart is shattered.
