This cute pomeranian has experienced hair loss on her rear end and her withers. The vet said she has Alopecia so she’s trying some new shampoos that might fix the issue. An anti-bacterial, anti-fungal shampoo, a turmeric shampoo for dogs, and a nice bar conditioner. Her mom also changed her diet. (Did I mention she hates getting a bath?)

Zaiya's knotted coat required a short trim for now, but with the right approach, her coat can become a stunning asset. Certain coat types are more prone to knotting, and Zaiya's owner mentioned she bites the brush during brushing. I advised her to designate a specific brushing area, like the kitchen counter, and reward Zaiya with high-quality treats during sessions. Starting with 5-minute sessions will help Zaiya gradually become comfortable with longer brushing periods.
