Mademoiselle Holmes introduces Charlotte “Charlie” Holmes, a 36-year-old policewoman and descendant of Sherlock Holmes, whose life is transformed when an accident awakens her hidden detective instincts. In this French reimagining, Lola Dewaere leads the cast alongside Tom Villa as her steadfast partner, with Thomas Jouannet, Alika Del Sol, Armelle Abibou, and Éric Naggar rounding out the ensemble. Season 1 premieres in the U.S. on Friday, September 12, 2025, on PBS Passport and the PBS Masterpiece Prime Video Channel. Blending mystery, wit, and legacy, the series follows Charlie’s evolution from reserved officer to sharp-witted sleuth against the vibrant backdrop of Paris.
