Day 3 of the heat wave!! 🥵 I found a cool place to lay down and cool my belly in the dirt. Mommy was going to plant flowers 🪷🌼 there but now she sees me using this area to cool down in she is rethinking it. 😊

Today is National Rescue Dog Day 🐾❤️

A day to honor the dogs who survived neglect, abuse, abandonment, and unimaginable suffering and still somehow find a way to love again. Dogs like Bear, who spent 15 years chained to a kennel in a Long Island backyard, dragging around a heavy 35-pound chain. It’s a wonder he had any use of his legs at all.

Dogs like Goldie, also found tethered up outside in her backyard, abandoned by her owners, left for dead when they moved to another country.

And dogs like Faith, whose owners decided to punish her by burning her and pouring scalding liquid on her head burning a hole so that when she was found, there were screw worms, fleas and ticks festering inside.

There are so many more dogs needing safe, loving homes. Open your heart to a rescue. You won’t regret it. ❤️🐾❤️🙏🏻

Rescue dogs deserve safety, compassion, and the chance to finally know what love feels like.

Happy Dog Mom’s Day, Mother’s Day, and 4 months in my furever home!! 🌺🌸🌺 Mommy forgot 🥹🥺😯🤫 to post on May 4th that it was my 4 month adoptiversary! 🏡 Now that the weather is warmer, I can finally spend time in my backyard rolling over to scratch my back, lay in the sun ☀️, and chase all the squirrels 🐿️!! I still love to look out the window and bark at Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, and our Mail Man. 📢📣 I even bark at my neighbors who are across the street! I like to think I own not just my house, but the whole street. 😁😆 One thing’s for sure, I own Mommy’s heart!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Mom is trying to write a tribute to our friend Cooper, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. 🌈🪽🕊️But she keeps crying. 💔😭
She remembers when she first came across his account, and saw how he was an RV dog,🚐 living and traveling with his parents around the country. Mom was enamored with him and his lifestyle. Live out of an RV?? Travel to all the National Parks?? 🏞️ She wanted to do that too! What a dream!! Cooper had so many adventures, and got to see so much of our beautiful country!! 🇺🇸
He had the very best song he would sing, 🎶 too!! He would sing every year on his birthday 🎉and whenever he was happy!! 😃 Singing for joy was his thing.
Later in life, Cooper was diagnosed with Idiopathic Vestibular Disease, but his mom’s Faith and the power of prayer was so strong that whenever his mom called out to the prayer warriors of IG, he always, always had a miraculous recovery. 🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙌🏻
Cooper loved his Lambchops! 🐑 🐑🐑🐑 And he loved his fishy too!! 🐠
As wrote earlier today, Cooper’s body was tired and his race was won. He finished!!! His work here was complete. He is now an Angel resting in the ever loving arms of Jesus, and will be looking down upon his mom and dad until they are all reunited in Heaven one day. 🤍🕊️🪽
Until then, we are praying for the Lord to give Cooper’s mom and dad strength to make it through. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We send them love, so much love, ♥️ and thank them for giving sweet, beautiful Cooper, the most amazing life ever!!! He is surely recounting all his many tales to all the other angels now!!

Happy 15th Birthday in Heaven to everyone’s favorite Angel, Dude! 🌈🩵💛😊🎉🎂 Dude is the epitome of kindness, spreading love and joy wherever he is. 😊💛 When he was on Earth he was a Therapy dog and helped to heal so many people suffering. ❤️‍🩹 Now that he is in Heaven he is still doing important work, as the Ambassador of Angels, greeting each new Angel who crosses over the Bridge, 🌈 and gently guides them to their Cloud. ☁️ His lessons of do everything with a kind heart, ❤️ have good intentions, and always have a smile on your face, 😀 carry on in his legacy. 😊🙏🏻💛 We should all try to be like Dude. 💙 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DUDE!! I’m usually in the backyard but today Mommy said I could spend some time in the front yard. She said my sister Goldie used to lay out on the grass there in the corner of the fence relaxing and even did lots of rollovers in the driveway, great place to scratch your back!!! Well - I am not my Sister!! 🥹😆 I am small enough to stick my nose all the way under the fence and I bet if she didn’t have a leash on me and left me alone I would be able to dig my way out on to the street!!! So now Mommy knows she can’t leave me alone out there like she did with Goodest Goldie. It’s okay though, we love being together. 🥰🩷🏡

Today, April 4, I, Goodest Faithie, “Little Wiggles”, have been home for 3 months, and tomorrow will be 13 weeks to the day that my pawrents adopted me. 💖 There is a 3 month rule that says “the first 3 Months is about building Trust & Bonding. The dog feels safe, relaxed, and understands they are “home”. Their true personality emerges, and they start to bond with their family. They feel truly comfortable in their new home.” 🏡 Well I am here to tell you that’s all true! My pawrents have seen so many new personality traits emerge from me and they love me more and more each day! 💖 They love that I have a big bark and a voice!! 📣 I let them know whenever I want their attention by standing up on my two back legs. I also make a little deep, low “Rottie Rhumble” kind of like a grumble when I want treats or whatever is on Mommy’s plate 🤣😂 I have SOME patience but not a lot. Like I said, they LOVE me and I have them wrapped around my paws. 🐾 I still shake with anxiety whenever I go in the car. 🚙 I come very close to doing zoomies but then stop myself!! And I definitely wiggle my whole body whenever my daddy comes home from work. He gets greeted with full body jumps and me running around in circles. I do not like the Amazon delivery person or our mailman especially when they walk up to our front door. 🚪 I bark at them until they drive away. I still howl at the 12:00 fire alarm every day and also whenever the siren 🚨 goes off at any other time. My pawrents love me just the way I am. ♥️ They love me when I’m standing all the way up on my two back legs, the love me when I’m barking, they love me when I’m chasing squirrels, 🐿️ they love me when I’m sleeping, they love me when I’m doing almost zoomies, they love me when I’m howling with the fire siren 🚨, they love me when I’m Rottie Rhumbling and they love me when I’m giving Eskimo Kisses ♥️ and cuddling with them. And guess what? I love them. 😍 ♥️
