Have a Male cat that seems to be hissing at his or your new kitten? Below are some info and tips to help curve that behavior!

Now, i understand how confusing it can be to see your boy cat start a family, only to hiss at his babies! While it can be a bit more understandable when bringing a new kitten unrelated to your cat home, but being it's a baby, you're still left asking more questions than you are coming up with answers. I had an issue like that with my cat Perry after adopting him. His kittens were only a week old. However when i took him to visit a month later, he hissed at them! Now when i did so.e research, here's what i found

Now when a cat hisses at his own kittens, that is a form of territorial aggression. Not only that but its also a form of social order. That could be the cats way of letting the kitten know who is the ring leaded around these parts. It doesn't always mean that a fight will ensue, but if it does happen, here's what to do:

Let the cats be separate for a little while. Give it a week. Keep fencing or gates between them or keep them in completely separate rooms. If your cat still hisses, try again! It takes time.
Or allow them to get familiar with each other. Place them in a room together with you to observe. If a fight breaks out, separate them for a week, then try again.
Never scold or punish your cat when it hisses. Give praise and pets when he is kind to his kittens.

Tired of buying boxes of canned foods or bagged kibble only for your pet to look up at you in disapproval?
Below are 3 recipes from catpet.club to help ease the burden of you and your hungry picky kitty

Now to state the obvious, household cats yes are domesticated, but they are still, in fact, an animal. Throw them into the wild, and let them adapt a little bit, they then become a wild animal. Should a wild cat come across some kibble, i doubt that they would pass it by, but cats are natural born hunters who prey on small animals such as rodents or birds, even livestock like chickens.
Big cats, as you know, hunt bigger prey to satisfy their hunger
So its safe to say that maybe your cat isnt into the processed foods and weird smelling kibble. They probably dont want salmon "flavoring" or made WITH beef. They want the real deal like we get and i don't blame them for their palette. They were BORN with it. So here are some recipes that your picky kitty might adore 😋

1. Homemade chicken and white rice recipe
✴85 grams baked dark chicken meat
✴50 grams boiled white rice
✴30 grams boiled potato
✴4 grams olive oil
✴1/8 teaspoon Rx Vitamins Nutritional
Support

Mix together and serve

2. Homemade Beef and white rice recipe
✴85 grams boiled beef avoid
Seasoning and salt
✴50 grams steam cooked white rice
✴30 grams mashed potato
✴4 grams sesame oil
✴1/8 teaspoon Rx Vitamins Nutritional
Support

Blend together and serve

3. Homemade pork and wild rice recipe
✴83 grams oven cooked pork. Avoid
Fat pork such as jowl, neck, or ribs
✴50 grams cooked wild rice
✴30 grams cooked sweet potato
✴4 grams safflower oil
✴1/8 teaspoon Rx Vitamins Nutritional
Support

Blend together and serve

Some adorable photos I was able to gather today on my playtimes ! ❤️🐾😭 First time meeting that white beauty in the lower white ❤️ her name is Miya. The Black and white pup there is Cosmo!
And the grey pup is Sesame ! Aka Sessy boy ❤️ Had a lot of fun today, lost several rounds of tug of war, but definitely had a great exercise throughout it all and boy are we POOPED 💩
