After months of searching and seeing every house/piece of land all over western NC/SC we have finally found our home in the mountains!! We had to HUSTLE to get house ready to move in and temporary animal area/shelter constructed but we did it in the knick of time! Animals arrived yesterday, right in time for the pouring rain 😄

Almost 15 acres with lots of forest to explore - Big plans to come for our new business on this peaceful property ♥️

We have a buyer and are moving the end of May!!!

We have made such wonderful memories here, raising our kids and getting our first livestock, which has grown into a lifestyle we love. We have enjoyed meeting everyone who has visited our farm for photos or farm tours. Thank you for your support and feel free to follow us on TikTok (or this page) and stay tuned for our next adventure! We are headed to the Asheville area with our donkeys, horse and chickens in tow!! 🌄

In the Neverending Story, Artax was played by two grey mares, legend has it Noah Hathaway (Atreyu) was gifted one of them but he entrusted the horse to his riding double, who cared for the horse for 20 years before her passing.

We just installed a new wooden fence along our backyard to pasture! Wish we had done it sooner but at least the next owners will get to enjoy it! 😄
