Ruby Ruby!

New here and nearly 7 years old she is learning what life is beyond the puppy mill. She is lively and exuberant. We are still learning about her. Seems she is good with children, she allowed a young boy to brush her.

Xena

A new arrival and just 2 years old. Sadly she lost her home and is a surrender. She is small in size and adjusting to the rescue lifestyle. She remains a little shy. Not to worry she will pull through.

Xena, the name, "Xena" is of Greek origin and is derived from the Greek word "xenos," meaning "stranger" or "foreigner." However I think the idea of her being a stranger or foreigner at the rescue is going to be short. She will make a great companion for someone.

Neji

What a guy. 3 1/2 yrs old. Tall dark and handsome. He came to us hungry. Really hungry. (some of us nicknamed him 'Skinny boy'). He ate as if he had not eaten in a long while. His is a big boy, and when he puts on the proper weight he will be impressive. The bright side of this? He knows basic commands and is a doll to interact with. Schooling and training are always beneficial. Remember to build your relationship with the dog, they repay you tenfold.

This is Lady.

She is quite a girl. At nearly 6 years old she has endured loss and now a new lifestyle at the rescue. Lady has a beautiful presence combined with unique coloration. She is a stand out for sure. While she gets along with male dogs here, she is looking for human companionship. She also walks well on the leash and loves car rides! When spending time with her in her kennel she is a delight.

Lady would be best in a home where she can interact with people regularly. Possibly a work at home situation. She has been with us for some time, and we are waiting for the day her new person arrives.

Storm and Willow

These two came to us just a few weeks ago and are improving! As you can see, they are stunning. They are becoming good on the leash together and rely on each other. They should have a fenced yard and will remain shy in a new home. patience is necessary, but trust and improvement is coming!

Both are 2 years old and came from a hoarding case.

Happy Gotcha Day to some girls today: Nala, Emma, and Chaos!! We love to see some girl power every now and then. Especially when we have so many compared to the male numbers at the rescue. Thank you for giving these girls the homes they deserve!!

Happy Gotcha Day to 4 amazing dogs today: Sydney, Gunther, Sergio, and Maggie!! All of these guys were so adorable posing for their pictures today. The cuteness was overwhelming! 🥰 Thank you for adopting these cuties, everyone!!
