We had a big team roll into this show. We are super proud of all our riders and horses!

We’ve been MIA on social media lately and I’m the worst at taking pics at shows, so we have lots of fun news to share and catch up on!

Huge congrats to Becca Megee on her lease of My Work Of Art! A few weeks after starting her lease she attended the Hathaway Hill Horse Show and did an AMAZING first time out, getting 3rd out of 12! The rest of our team followed suit!

A huge congratulations to Nadia Shurley and New Beginnings on their 3rd in the $1000 Derby out of 14 and multiple Res. Champs in Inter. Child Eq and Hunters!!

Congrats to Caroline McCusker and Max In A Million on their 1st in the OHJA Medal and Champion in Very Low Hunters.

1st place to Dana Toebben with Good N Fearless in Hunter breeding! And a super brave performance for such a big two year old with Lauren McDevitt Ensor and Park Avenblu GES!

Congrats to Cindy Falk, Alexis Meyer, and Jodi Carr, on top pinnings in all very competitive and large classes!!

We brought 8 horses and everyone worked effectively as a team to keep the show rolling. I’m very proud of each of you and your horses!! Thank you Hathaway Hill for hosting such a fun, welcoming, and beautiful show!!!

Our horses and riders had a great weekend showing off their hard work!

A huge congrats to all our riders and horses! Everyone worked as a team, laid out the best spread of homemade meals and treats, brought beautiful flowers, cheered each other on and helped each other out.💞
I’m so grateful for their hard work and it definitely showed this weekend!! 🏆

“A horse is a very sensitive animal. He can feel a fly land on him. You folks who have been around horses know that because you put flyspray on him in the summertime. And yet when you ride him, you ride him like he doesn’t have any feeling. You ride him with a chain curb strap, a tie-down, martingale, wires, pulleys and cables. Why?

You’re destroying what Mother Nature put in there. It’s amazing what the horse will do for us if we treat him like he’s one of us."

She has no time for gentle words
and soft hands primping her mane.
The broad-chested mare may allow
a stiff curry in the itchy season,

but she would rather throw herself
on the ground to rub the loose hair
off on a crust of spring snow and
cool mud, leaping in air to gallop

away, knees high and tail lifted in the
the sun, a white shadow of hair left
on the earth. No soft mare eyes, she
stands to guard the horizon, never

pandering for touch. She has more
pride than want of comfort, keeping
to the wild edge, all wind and thunder,
born for something better than pretty.
