❗️Hi guys, I’ve had to make some new appointments policy’s. Please read below and understand the following may apply ❗️

Appointment Holds:

•Appointment requests will only be held for 24 hours. If your appointment is not confirmed within that time, it will be released and made available for other clients.
•Due to a busy schedule and limited availability, I am unable to hold appointments for extended periods.

Late Arrivals:

•Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
•If you arrive late, your groom may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and properly. The full appointment fee may still apply.

No-Shows & Repeated Lateness:

•Clients who no-show or are excessively late more than two times will be required to prepay in full when booking all future appointments.
•Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel outside of the required notice period.

Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies. They help me stay on schedule and ensure I can provide quality care to every pet.
