Something New is Coming to M6 Ranch…
Ever leave the show pen wondering…
“What was the judge thinking?”
It’s easy to leave the arena wondering where points were gained, where they were lost, and what could have made the difference.
At M6 Ranch, one of our goals has always been to create opportunities to learn—not just compete. That’s why I’m so excited to introduce The Judge’s Eye: Ranch Riding Experience, a new educational event designed to help riders better understand what judges are looking for in the ranch riding pen.
On August 22 & 23, we’ll be slowing things down, looking at ranch riding from the judge’s perspective, and giving riders practical tools they can take home and continue working on long after the weekend is over.
I’m excited to welcome Michelle Hinojosa to M6 Ranch!
Originally from Ohio, Michelle brings more than 20 years of national-level experience in western performance disciplines, specializing in Reining and Ranch. She is the owner and trainer of Kalo Ohana Ranch in Emmett, Idaho, and currently holds two national judging cards. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to explain the “why” behind a score make her an incredible resource for riders of all experience levels.
Whether you’re preparing for your first show or looking to earn more consistent scores, this weekend is designed to help you better understand how your rides are evaluated and build confidence every time you enter the arena.
