If you find a tick attached to your pet, remove it immediately. Grasp the tick as close to the skin as possible, and slowly pull it away from the skin. Ticks will start transmitting tick borne diseases within hours of biting. It's important to do regular tick checks on your pet and remove ticks as soon as possible! Once removed, contact your vet for further action.

Honeybee is available for adoption through SAM - Save A Mom Pregnant Dog Rescue! ❤

She spent a couple days with us to receive her final round of heartworm treatment. It was a little rough on her, but she's on her way to being healthy! Honeybee was such a sweet girl during her stay and didn't make a peep. She has an old injury to her front leg that did not heal properly, but it doesn't slow her down from doing all her Beagle duties! She is dog and cat friendly. Is your pet starting to get itchy? Allergies can be in Spring or Fall, but many pets have allergies year-round. A bath may temporarily relieve symptoms, but most pets will need medications to stop the itch and resolve infection. As long as the skin or ears are infected, your pet will be itchy! If your pet begins scratching, chewing, or shaking their head, give us a call!

This little one was found in the 1100 block of Tuscarawas Ave in New Phila. He is very sweet contrary to the grumpy face he gives. Please share to find his owner. 330-339-2616.
