Kate came in needing a little bit of a restart due to being a little nervous under saddle. Especially during mounting and dismounting. So far she’s been so fun to work with! 😋

Opportunity for partial lease of barn it discount on multiple stalls for self care

Full care includes:
Tribute grain 2x a day
1st cutting timothy orchard grass mix available 24/7
Stall cleaning 7 days a week
Turn out daily - weather permitting
Blanketing/fly masks etc.

Partial care includes everything listed above other than stall cleaning. We supply the sawdust you will just be responsible to clean your stall 7 days a week.

•all brand new fence 2022
•automatic waterers in pastures
•high quality free choice mineral tubs in pastures
•regularly scheduled dentist, farrier, and vet - welcome to get in schedule with us or bring your own
•lessons and training available
•100x60 indoor arena

•15-20 mins away from lots of beautiful trails
•Security system on the whole property
•2nd cutting round bales in the pasture
•Fully matted stalls
•large boarder tack room
•buckets dumped daily

Facility has had and still has lots of updates being done. Join our family and be apart of the growth of our facility. We are a small family feel run farm so all horses gets intimate 1 on 1 care daily. Zero drama.

15.2ish hh and around 1300lbs
Docile and previously riden by total beginners
Currently sound however previously foundered, barefoot and needs time for hoof regrowth. Will come with a pale of remission.

Low-mid x,### rehome fee to ensure a good home.
Pm with any questions and I will answer the best I can! I am helping a family member rehome her due to barn set up not quite being ideal with the other 3 horses not accepting her.
