Last call for this season.

We’re wrapping up this week’s sign-up window for the Salad Subscription.

If you’ve been following along this week and thinking about it—this is your moment to jump in.

There are a limited number of spots available, and once we close at the end of this week, the subscription will be closed for the season.

At this point, sign-ups have gone well enough that we’re planning to run everything through the subscription—meaning this will be the only way to access our OnlineMarket, our weekly offerings, and what we’re growing this year.

This is how you:
• Keep your fridge stocked with real food
• Eat with the seasons
• Stay connected to a local farm

And this season, you can use your credit however it works best for you:
• Order weekly through our OnlineMarket
• Pick up on-farm or by delivery
• Or stop by the Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market and pick straight from the table

Here’s how the Salad Subscription works:

• You purchase a balance upfront
• Use it throughout the season on what you want
• Order each week through our OnlineMarket
• Choose pickup, delivery, or market

You’re not locked into a set box or fixed order.

You decide what you need each week—based on your schedule, your meals, and what’s in season.

And this season, you can also use your credit atthe Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market—just stop by and pick what you want right from the table.

There are a limited number of spots available, and we won’t keep sign-ups open forever—this round closes at the end of the week.

Why we started the Salad Subscription.

We wanted people to know:
• Where their food comes from
• Who is growing it
• How it’s being raised

Everything we grow at 3Peas MarketGarden is done with intention—focused on freshness, flavor, and quality.

This isn’t bulk produce shipped across the country.

This is food grown right here in our little corner of the Tuscarawas Valley.

And this season, you can even use your subscription credit at Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market—and pick your food right from our table.

When you sign up, you’re not just getting vegetables—you’re supporting a local farm and a better food system

What does the Salad Subscription actually look like?

Each week during the season, you can choose from a mix of:
• Crisp lettuce mix (our specialty)
• Head lettuces like Sweet Crisp and romaine
• Fresh greens and rotating seasonal items
• Carrots, radishes, and beets
• Farm-fresh eggs
• Beef and pork

You’re not getting a pre-packed box of whatever we decide.

You choose what you want each week—real food you’ll actually use, based on what’s available and in season.

We focus on:
• Clean, simple ingredients
• Consistent weekly staples
• Produce that holds up in your fridge

If you’ve ever bought greens at the store and had them go bad in a couple days… this is the opposite of that.

It’s been a rough August for 3Peas MarketGarden but thankful to be back at it tomorrow at Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market!

Still out of some of your favorites but beets, lettuce and beans should be plentiful.

🌱 A Seasonal Update from 3Peas MarketGarden 🌱

Friends, we have some news about our market season.

After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to step away from the Tuscarawas Valley Farmers Market for the next few weeks. This isn’t a choice we make lightly. The reality is, this season has been a challenging one for us in terms of consistent harvests, and we just don’t have the volume of produce to show up the way we want to—especially when it comes to our beloved lettuce and carrots.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us at the market over the years. Your encouragement and enthusiasm mean the world to us. In fact, May through July of this year was our best stretch yet, and we’re so proud of what we accomplished together. Stepping away now feels tough, and we’re honestly bummed about it.

In the meantime, don’t forget about our OnlineMarket—you can still get fresh, seasonal produce, pastured meats, eggs, mushrooms, and more delivered right to your door or picked up at the farm. You can place orders anytime at 3peasmarketgarden.com.

We’re also moving to Saturday-only fulfillment for subscriptions starting this week:

No more Wednesday pickups for now

All orders will be fulfilled on Saturdays

Pick up at the farm or choose free delivery—we’ve waived all fees, no minimums required

The past several years, we’ve been able to carry fresh greens as far as Christmas, and we fully intend to keep building toward that. That said, this season has shown us that some of our systems just aren’t where they need to be when Mother Nature always has the final say. We’re learning, adapting, and committed to growing high-quality, seasonal food for you all.

💚 Thank you for being part of our 3Peas family. We can’t wait to see you back at the market later this season!

🌐 Order anytime from our OnlineMarket:

Summer check in at Modern Remedies

All the pastured eggs we offer at 3Peas MarketGarden come from the Ellwoods.

Joey, Amy, and the kids have put a lot of work into expanding their flock and adding a new coop this season.

Without their hard work and dedication our egg game would not be sustainable during the tough times.

There are more tough times coming. If you can, it’s time to support small scale agriculture. Especially when they are right here in our own backyard.

Stay connected to Local small scale agriculture and the families that make it all happen.
