They say social media can be a bit of a facade. The agent who’s posting 24/7 is actually not as busy as they seem (or they have an awesome social media presence!) or the agent who is rarely posting is actually out with boots on the ground. Life has been BUSY with the spring market - listing appointments, taking listings, reviewing offers, and submitting. In addition to that I am looking for personal investment properties in Maryland.

I recently bought into a deep dive training program to bring my career to the next level so that has been keeping me busy as I hone my skills and build my pillars.

Good morning all! I'm stepping back from Open Houses for a week or so as I catch up with my horse people and new acquaintances 🙂 It's been a very busy month with nearly 10 open houses hosted, and a few signed listings in the mix.

Taking a lesson on my c**t today and continuing to clean up from the harsh winter we had here. Very happy with some local businesses I've met in my area this spring:

Tantillo Landscape Supplies for mulch, stone, compost, you name is. Received a very fair quote to do my driveway.

Michael Paul's Dumpsters. Arrived quickly and was very friendly and responsive. Him and his wife decorate dumpsters for various parades and create "haunted houses" with them at Halloween!
