IT IS JUNE FRIENDS AND FAM🌻🌈🌞🌴

We have a full month of events and classes coming up until we take a little break and let our soil rest for July and August.

Together we’re moving FOOD➡️FORWARD➡️🏡

We work with to collect any extra or donated produce and food from the Tuesday and Sunday markets. Then we coordinate with the Community Cooks of the Irish Channel, , and the to make sure nothing goes to waste and our neighbors are loved!

Basil turns into pesto, veggies are chopped for salads and casseroles, even the mushroom bases and stems from are chopped and cooked into pasta sauce. And community fridges across the city are stocked weekly with prepared and fresh foods!

Shout out and love to some of the many farmers and food produces that are helping us MOVE FOOD FORWARD🙌💚🫡

😭WE ARE SO PROUD🌻

This semester we worked alongside 7 amazing students from , , through our Experiential Learning program.

We think it’s important to get off campus and apply classroom ideas to real world realities, work directly with the land, and meet people where they are at.

We’re proud to have supported Grace, Emily, Brendan, Zane, Chris, Lilly, and Mason on their journeys, are so grateful for their work supporting our farm and neighbors, and can’t wait to see them change the world!
