It’s with great sadness that I announce the closing of Michelle's Private Dog Park in Algiers Point. Due to several circumstances not controlled by me, I had to shut down the park permanently. I put a lot of time, effort and love into the spot, but sometimes things aren’t meant to be. Thanks to all the guests that brought their pups over to play and I cherish all of the pictures and videos you all have sent to me or added to the social media pages. It was fun and I truly enjoyed creating a safe space for your pups❤️🐶

Today we broke a very long streak of extreme temps and super happy these pups could come out and have some fun! I’m still offering the splash pad complimentary with all reservations during this long heat wave. Can’t wait to see all of my old friends when it finally cools down❤️🐶

Temps will be nearing 100 this week here in New Orleans🥵. All week I will offer the splash pool at no extra cost, so the doggies can cool off in the park. Link in bio to reserve the park for just you and your pups.

Just a reminder to please pick up your pups p**p before your reserved time is up. I provide free p**p bags, but not free p**p scoop service! I want to continue providing a great place for you to bring your pups at a reasonable rate. I do offer a p**p scoop add on at checkout, but I truly don’t care to pick up 3 piles of p**p before the next guests arrives who might possibly leave a poor review if they step in a pile that hasn’t been scooped. I know we get distracted at times, but please make sure to check the yard before you leave. Thank you so very much❤️🐶

Last month I decided to open a private dog park in Algiers Point after seeing a HUGE need for one in the area. I absolutely LOVE animals, but cannot commit to becoming a parent due to my lifestyle. I am a world traveler, entrepreneur and free-spirit. I felt this decision was a win for everyone! I get to see some cuties on a daily, your furry buddy gets off leash play time and you can relax knowing your reactive pup can have some fun while you relax in the shaded area. The hours are 6a-9p. I have fresh filtered water, plenty of toys, a doggie pool, agility equipment, p**p bags, sidewalk chalk for the kids, bright motion lights and a security camera.
