Excited to introduce to y'all his super sweet, gorgeous male Hyacinth Macaw which is 1 1/2 years old and is looking for his forever home. This gorgeous bird have been one of the best bird we handfed throughout 2024, he is well tame, friendly, loves to explore outdoor, he is free flight trained, adore cuddles and he doesn't like to be messed around with. While many people still doubt that hyacinth macaws can be hand raised and tamed, this sweet boy has proven that when raised with love and care they can be just as sweet as every other birds.

Age unknown. Rainbow was donated to our classroom and has lived here for 2.5 years. He has been in his cage during evenings and receives cuddles during the day. He sometimes bites when he thinks it’s fun or he’s jealous. I’d like to find him a home where he can roam around and maybe have some other bird friends to talk to.

A little feathery update!

These guys are growing SOOOO fast!

All are feeding really well - the older 5 are starting to be a little bit difficult to feed, and are now basically fully feathered - all ready to start the next phase of spending the daytime hours in a weaning cage and learning what seed/pellets/fresh fruit & veg is all about.

I’ve been checking the order history of the DNA samples daily and can confirm that they have finally received them today - yay! This means we should have DNA sexing results in approx 5 business days, so will do an updated post/contact wait list people as soon as the certificates have been provided to me (I get these via email so thankfully no waiting for the snail mail!).

Exited to introduce to you this gorgeous 1yr old male black palm cockatoo that was hand raised. Raven is a beautiful palm cockatoo full of curiosity, he is tamed and friendly. He gets along with other pets and has no health issues. Raven was raised with love which he is giving it back, he is very loving, playful and adores head scratches.
