A Muddy Paw Pet Salon is a full-service dog grooming salon geared to the personalized attention of each dog that visits the salon. Your dog will receive professional, personalized and respectful attention from our experienced groomers, that have been trained and certified in pet CPR and first aid. We take special pride, care and patience with every pet we groom. Each dog has their own unique perso

nality and "style", and we pay particular attention to the type of hair cut you would like for your dog. We offer safe, stress-free grooming for the comfort of your pet. A Muddy Paw has been a fixture in the historic New Milford Downtown Area since 2007. Shannon Powell has been grooming here since 2013 and purchased the business in 2017. Shannon and her team welcome both old and new customers to have their pups pampered for a day. Pricing:

Nail Clipping: $12
Clip and file: $20
De-shedding treatment: $8.00 additional with bath
Baths: $30+ Call for specific breed prices
Grooming: Call for specific breed prices

Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat: 9 to Close (typically 3PM). However, we do close after the last dog has been picked up for the day. Closed Wed and Sun

​A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support us today! It was absolutely wonderful catching up with our existing client family and meeting so many amazing new friends and pups. We had an absolute blast! ❤️🐾

We had an awesome time at the competition 😍 For being 9 months old or so, Amélie did amazing as a competition dog and we learned alot. We didn’t place but considering it was our first time and most of the competitors were basically all veterans we did pretty dang good I think. I went into this with the idea that I wouldn’t be nervous, and that their was plenty of time, both of those were false 😂 it was as if I forgot my brain at home and forgot the game plan. Probably didn’t help that I woke up at 2 am and couldn’t get back to sleep 😂😂 That all being said Amélie looks dang good and with this first one out of my system I will most definitely take back what I learned and be sure that the next time the outcome is even better than this one. In all honesty I love dogs, dog grooming, our amazing salon, our wonderful staff, our clients that allow us to refine our craft everyday, and that our family shares this bond based in animal care. I’d be happy to do this everyday for the rest of my life.
