From winning First Timers with Dozer in poodles yesterday, to placing in Best in Show for the first time today… it still hasn’t fully sunk in. God is so good! 🤍

I’m incredibly grateful for all the people who took the time to talk with me at dog shows over the past year answering my questions, sharing their knowledge, and offering honest feedback. Those conversations played a huge role in building my confidence to step outside my comfort zone and try something completely new.

This weekend was such an encouragement. It has me even more excited to step into the conformation ring next year, continue learning, and keep growing in this sport.

As I close out my grooming competitions for the year and step away from my busy schedule to focus more on my family, this was a beautiful way to end the season. I’m thankful for every opportunity, every lesson learned, and every person who has helped me along the way. Excited to see what the Lord has in store next! 🤍

🏆 First Place – Clipper Classic 🏆

I’m incredibly thankful and humbled to have taken 1st Place in Clipper Classic this weekend with Piper. ❤️

To be completely honest, I never entered this competition expecting to win. In fact, I was fully prepared to let another groomer use Piper for a different class because I genuinely didn’t think placing was likely.

When I compete, I don’t pray for ribbons or trophies. Instead, I pray that God calms my nerves, helps me enjoy the experience, allows me to genuinely celebrate others’ successes, and guards my heart from pride if I win or bitterness if I don’t.

The truth is, every ability, opportunity, and accomplishment I have comes from Him. My goal has always been to do my work with excellence and to bring glory to God in all things whether I place first or go home empty-handed.

So yes, I’m absolutely celebrating this win and I’m so grateful for it! But more than anything, I’m thankful for the journey, the lessons learned, the friendships made, and a God who continues to bless me far beyond what I deserve.

Can’t wait to see so many fellow stylists there! So excited (and slightly terrified 😂) that Josephine Krass agreed to be my assistant/handler for competition weekend!

We also decided it would be a good idea to enter the blindfolded model dog contest together… so stay tuned because we’ll definitely be going live for that chaos 🤣🐩

A little life update from me 🤍✂️

As many of you know, I’m a mama first before anything else. Right now, we are navigating some changes with childcare for our boys, and with that comes needing to shift a few things on my end.

At this time, I won’t be able to accommodate any “work-in” appointments for May or June. My schedule for those months is currently fully booked.

All existing appointments are still perfectly fine and will be honored as scheduled nothing about your current bookings will change! 🤗

If you haven’t already rebooked, I unfortunately won’t be able to squeeze in extra appointments during this time.

I will absolutely do my best to take care of all of my clients and your babies, but my top priority right now is making sure my boys are taken care of. I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support more than you know. ❤️

I’ll keep everyone updated as we figure out what this next season looks like for our family!
