ColdSprings Labradors Here at ColdSprings we are hobby farmers, with a small group of Labradors in our breeding program.

ColdSprings has been a work in progress for the past 10years, and I am very proud of how it has come along. I have a small breeding program consisting of eight Labradors. All of which our house dogs and members of our family first and foremost. I have picked each of these guys because I feel they excel in some area that defines them as amazing examples of the breed. Everyone here has obedience tit

les, and their health clearances completed at the appropriate age. We have about two litters a year, with the main goal being that the pups in the end go on to do amazing things. My main goal is producing dogs that are sound- mind and body, a good majority of the go on to become working dogs- be it hunting or service work, as well as many are very loved family members. The pups are raised in a stimulating environment with children, other animals and lots of exposure to environmental ingredients the end goal being that you have a more trainable dog.

Hazey Haze is hands down the most laid-back dude. I have had the pleasure of training. He loves everyone, every creature with calm easy going nature.
I cannot wait for him to fill out and grow up into a stunning big man 😍

It seems that we are in a season of change here, a bittersweet ish one. A changing of the guard, so to speak.

We are happy to introduce you all to our new boy.... I am so thankful for Brookstone Labradors for allowing his amazing self to come here. Sue has been an amazing mentor to work with for many years. In fact, I have used her stud dogs many times. So, to have her 40 years of exceptional bloodline here permanently feels like a huge compliment . I am grateful 🙏...

In the same week, I also retired the most amazing dog I personally have ever bred. Show dog, obidience, family man, sidekick extraordinare.
He is 5 generations of my own hands. When he came back with a zero s***m count I cried. A legend halted. And soon to follow him in retirement will be his best friend. They came into the world as handsome heartthrobs.. producing countless service dogs, working dogs of all aspects each leaving their incredibly talented stamp no matter whom the bitch was. So cheers to the passing of the torch as the good Ole boys reside here to teach the next generation that they have huge shoes to fill.

Litters for Coldsprings have been few recently, as I have been enjoying my pack, training the Coldsprings Healing Paws Foundation pack and mom life.....but I do have plans for summer time and fun things for you to follow along.
