Do you have feral cats? We want to help! Our Wildcat Program is not a new initiative, but now we have a form to request those appointments. We are currently only able to offer a limited number of WCP appointments every month, but spaces for June are still available! Good morning animal advocates! We are gearing up for multiple Plush Pet Adoption & Mini Clinic events this summer. Our first one is in just a couple of weeks and we will be learning about proper pet care with about 150 cool kiddos! This means that 150 kids will be learning how to be responsible pet parents. 150 future animal advocates. 150 little minds going home to hopefully ask their parents if their pets are spayed and neutered, on heartworm prevention, and up to date on vaccines (we can dream, right?). This also means that we need 150 plush pets, 150 adoption certificates, and 150 name badges. If you feel inclined to help with this mission, we have shared a link to our amazon wishlist below. If you'd like to join us as a volunteer for a Mini Clinic, we'll link that form below too. We'd love to have your support in whatever way is right for you!

We're so excited to be able to share with you our new HOLLYWOOF page on our website! It's one convenient place to purchase tickets, submit sponsorship commitments, register your runway star, or even sponsor an adoptable dog.

Another new feature this year will be online voting for the People's Choice Award! Soon you'll be able to vote for your favorite runway star from the comfort of home. Look out for those posts soon, and get your participant registered so those votes can start rolling in!

Microchips save lives! This sweet girl named Emmy was found by a good samaritan last night. They came into the clinic this morning and we were able to alert her owners because she was microchipped. They were here to pick her up within 30 minutes and she is safe at home now!

Microchips help ensure that your pet gets home safely if they are ever lost. When you bring your pet to be spayed or neutered with us, you will be offered a microchip at check-in. These are our regular prices, no promos needed.

BFF Spay Neuter Project’s Voucher Assistance Day!

If you are a resident of Iberia Parish and are currently receiving government assistance, you may qualify to have your cat spayed or neutered for $20. See the details below.

We are thrilled to be offering vouchers for cat spays and neuters through a grant fund generously provided by the Humane Society of Louisiana. This grant is for low-income pet owners and their personal pets.

Cat spay and neuters will be offered for $20 cash or check.

Grant info:
*Appointments require proof of low-income (government assistance examples SNAP, Section 8 Housing, Medicaid)
*Open to Iberia Parish residents only
* One cat per family
*Limited to owned pets only
*Your cat can be vaccinated for rabies at the time of surgery for an additional $15

These grant funds come from the sale of Louisiana state Animal Friendly license plates.
