On March 5, 2024, units were dispatched to a call of a woman in the complainants house when he arrived home. The female subject took off running through the woods. When we arrived, no scent article could be located, so a cast was done from the back door towards the wood line. The homeowner was brought outside and dismissed by Lincoln and while casting the wood line, Lincoln alerted on a small path in the woods where the ground appeared to be disturbed. We started the track and Lincoln tracked through the woods to a trail in the woods. We came out on the other side into a sage brush field. We tracked through the field, across another road and into another set of woods. At the top of a hill in the woods, Lincoln led us around a house. Behind the house was a very deep ravine in the woods. The female subject was spotted by support officers at the bottom of this ravine. The total length of the track was approximately 3/4 of a mile.
