HB 131 would ban retail dog and cat sales.

For me 17 Years in business gone!

What most don't know is Delaware has a retail pet warranty that all retail stores are required to follow. A few changes to the warranty would solve the all the puppy mill concerns. One to consider would be sourcing animals from a USDA Registered Kennel. Which is what I have always done.
