Well, what a wonderfull opportunity to come to Salem and sit for two darling, wonderfull balls of personality....namely, Susie (boxer-poodel mix) and Bebe (7 year old rescue calico cat). Super friendly and easy to care for. Susie loves to walk and Bebe just holds down the fort and waits for some extra special attention. She eats it up!!!! Always fun to come to Salem and sit. The best part is always that warm three way cuddle when it is time for bed. Maybe not a three-dog-night, but a one dog with cat is plenty good enough for me. Hey! I am available! I'd love to sit for your special furry family members any day or night. Just call the Pet Nanny and we'll schedule a snuggle for your little darling when mommy and daddy need to be away next. The Pet Nanny made a new friend, too! I was doing foster care for Angels of Assisi for a little kitty; about four months old. My seven month old kitten, Lucy, was not overly happy about sharing my attention, but I started getting attached to this little doll. I named her "Monkey".... I guess because she reminded me of a spider monkey, jumping around and flying from one perch to the next. After a few weeks, she was adopted by a wonderful family and has a new admiring audience to amuse with her antics. I'm going to miss her! Lucy......not so much.... :)

Pet Nanny to the rescue again! I found a kitten on the side of the road in the gutter, muddy, greasy, crying....desperate. Well, after taking him home and applying some "Pet Nanny Magic" (aka elbow greese, love and some TLC), he soon was good as new. A great ending to this story was this little guy being adopted by my ex (Keith Hucks, who I was pet sitting for at the time). I did'nt turn him over, however, until a nose to tail examination with all shots had been done to give him the best jump start possible with his new daddy. Keith now loves his new buddy "Mick" and we have a true win-win alls well that ends well. A "cuter than words" picture is in the Pet Nanny photo section. A must see!
