To Our Wonderful Pawsome Pet Sitting Family,

After a lot of thought, we've made the decision to begin scaling back Pawsome Pet Sitting.
Many of you know this business has always been deeply personal to me. I never set out to build a large company—I simply wanted to care for animals and the people who love them. Over the years, your trust and support helped us grow far beyond anything I ever imagined, and I will always be grateful for that.
As an only child with an aging parent who needs more of my time and attention, I've realized it's time to make some changes so I can be present where I'm needed most while continuing to provide the level of care your pets deserve.
Because of this, we'll be placing occasional blocks on our calendar. If you see a blocked day when requesting services, please don't hesitate to reach out. Depending on our schedule, we may still be able to accommodate your request.
We are also no longer accepting new clients. With nearly 300 active clients, our schedule is more than full, and we'd rather continue providing exceptional care to the families who have trusted us over the years than grow beyond what feels right.
This isn't goodbye—it's simply a shift back to the kind of business I always envisioned: a smaller, more personal one where we can continue giving every pet the attention and love they deserve.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your understanding, your support, and for allowing us to be part of your pets' lives. It has truly been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Sooo we made it into Best of New Braunfels…
…but they put us in the same category as boarding facilities.
Which is wild.
Because that’s like entering a goldfish in a horse race and saying “you’ll figure it out.”
We love our boarding besties 💛
BUT we do not do sleepovers… no bunk beds… no bedtime stories… no “text you at 2am because your dog won’t settle.” 😂
