Got the lockdown blues? Looking for something fun to do while stuck at home? How about teaching Fido some cool new tricks!! Or participating in a fun new dog sport such as K9 Rally!
I am offering online classes for teaching your pet some fun new tricks – Classes will be hosted on a private Facebook Group and will consist of a weekly live demo videos as well as feedback on student submitted videos. There will be three levels of Tricks Classes covering different material. You do not need to view the videos live, as they will be viewable for the duration of the class. The classes will also prepare you for the different levels of the AKC Trick Dog Titles if you are interested in obtaining those. The classes will be 5 weeks and cost $60. Ambitious students are welcome to participate in multiple classes if they wish. I will post the tricks lists for each class in the comments.
I will also be offering an online K9 Rally class. Rally is a fun sport that consist of a course of 10-20 signs which you navigate with your canine partner, at each sign your dog will be asked to perform a behavior such as down, sit, left turn, right turn, etc. The class will offer both the basic novice level as well as the advanced level – students can choose witch level they wish to participate in. Each week there will be a demo video introducing the signs used that week, as well as a new rally course and video of that course being performed. Students can upload video of them working on the individual sign behaviors, or doing the full course, or both, and I will provide feedback and tips. The only equipment needed to participate is the rally signs, and they will be provided via a link and can be printed on your personal printer. Same as the tricks class, this will be hosted as a private Facebook Group, is 5 Weeks, and costs $60.
