MHJA B Finals was a success! We loved the Olympic theme and fully embraced my Scottish heritage in honor of my Father, James McMinn.
We had great wins this week including Alexi’s overall flat phase win in the KBO memorial, Riley’s Champion in the Limit Adults and her 2nd in the Limit Adult Medal, with a very competitive group. Shannon and her new horse Oberon SCF moving up into 3’-3” Divisions and doing very well bringing home some great ribbons! And Kristen ribboning against a big group of Juniors in the Beginner Division. Everyone had an amazing year and I am very honored to be couching such a wonderful group of hard working ladies! On to 2025!!!

What’s that saying? “It takes a village” I’m am very thankful for the village of wonderful people who have helped me bring Alexi along. From great clinicians to amazing trainers, and her Team at U of M, it has all payed off. She listens to you all and puts it into action. She has always been a great student of the horse.

I had the best time at WEC last week with the girls, Alexi, Aubrey and Shannon. It’s been a while since I’ve been there last and the first time seeing all of the major updates. WOW! It’s such an honor to compete there, I’m always humbled.
A lot of first times for us. First time for Aubrey and her horse and for Shannon with her new horse. Everyone rode great, everyone learned something new and all learned to fix at least one thing. 🦄🦄❤️❤️
