Trainer Rachel, out changing Feline lives!! Take a look at their story.

Meet Mint Julep, a one year old American Shorthair. One month ago when I met with Minty’s owners they were struggling. They had purchased a beautiful and expensive new sofa. Minty’s main mission in life was to shred their new furniture. She was biting and trying to shred the carpets in their apartment. She was anti social and was biting them, didn’t want much to do with them and especially not visitors in their home. She wouldn’t allow her teeth brushed, ears cleaned or nails clipped or to be bathed and was constantly on the countertop and tables. How things have changed in just one month with consistent work and following the Cat-tree-o program! I honestly was not sure when she met me at the door tonight with her sweet, social greeting that this was the same cat! She engaged me, was happy to have me pet her, did not bite me and was full of affectionate, playful energy. Her owners report that she is no longer trying to destroying the couch and carpet, that they can brush teeth, clip nails and bath her with no issue and that she now seems to enjoy these things. She is also receptive to visitors, social with them and her owners enjoying being petted and soliciting affection. We have a bit more to work on but incredible progress in a very short time. Great work!😺😺😺

From Trainer, Rachel! Amazing transformation!!

THIS IS THE CAT’S MEOW!😸🩷Three weeks ago these two cats could not safely see each other or be near each other due to territorial issues stemming from seeing stray cats in the back yard and misdirected aggression toward the other cat in the household . A number of things have been put into action including managed separation and feeding, elimination of triggers, play therapy, simulated allorubbing and now reintroduction across a barrier using food at a distance initially. Eventually the bowels will be moved gradually closer and if things continue without incident the barrier will finally be removed. Initially things were so bad my clients were convinced one of the cats might need to be rehomed.🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷🐯🩷
