In this pet boarding business the pendulum can make some pretty big swings between good and bad, between success and failure. Two weeks ago these two needed a new home. With a huge effort of a few people we got it done. From truly outside dogs to the life of luxury. I think they’re going to have the life that all dogs need from here on out.
Today it swings again to the good because of one of my amazing customers. I have many but this one
tops anything that’s happened this summer. A Big Thank You to Dakota and your mom!! I appreciate it more that you know.

If you’re ever wondering why prices are going up at the kennel. Here’s a clue. The first 25 nights of boarding every month all goes to the bill to keep things cool and comfortable for your kids. This is just crazy how much of an impact this is having on not only me but everyone with Ameren.

Triple R Sharing another success story, we were fortunate to be contacted by an establishment a few weeks ago who shared there was a person who had two pitbulls and needed a safe place for them stay for a few weeks. We picked up two sweet and spunky pitbulls who lived at our kennel and who quickly stole our hearts! Tank and Thunder were the best, never a mess in their kennel, were well mannered and quick to learn the routine.
We’ve had them for 16 days, on Thursday they were delivered back to their owner and he was so thankful to have his dogs back. He cried at the fact that we (complete strangers) would take his dogs and care for them as if they were our own. He offered to pay and when told he owed nothing he cried that much more.

It brings great joy to our hearts when we can help any dog in need.

Nugget came to live with us a few months ago. It’s taken some time but I think he’s pretty comfortable, just love his little tongue. He’s at the kennel every now and then, make sure you meet him. He’s such a sweetheart.

It’s that time of year again. The next three nights are going to be extremely cold. So, here we go again.
Anyone needing to get their dog/dogs inside but don’t have the room please contact us. We can help! Free boarding through Friday. We provide food, blankets and a warm place to sleep. Last year we were able to help two pit bulls, which went home after 3 days. Also helped two golden retrievers who after 85 days were rehomed. So let’s get those babies indoors where they need to be.
