What Youโll Be Doing
Your daily responsibilities will vary but may include:
โข Handling and preparing raw meat ingredients in our temperature-controlled meat room, including light cutting, dicing, and arranging products on trays for processing.
โข Operating equipment, such as wheeling carts to the freeze dryers.
โข Cleaning and maintaining a tidy, organized workspace to meet strict safety and sanitation standards.
โข Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
โข Learning and adhering to food safety practices.
โข Wrapping, packaging, and labeling finished products for delivery.

โข Location Flexibility: Reliable transportation to commute daily to Wales, WI.
โข Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

โข Willingness to Learn: Open to gaining knowledge about food production and safety standards.
