Nothing is changing we are still kennel-free and completely one on one🐶

I have 3 dogs of my own a pug, a cattle dog and a pitbull. I have been grooming for 14 years. My goal is to make your dogs groom as comfortable as possible for them. I don’t like to see dogs fighting the groom or being stressed. I look forward to meeting you and your dogs for a stress free experience🐾”

🐾 Dear Valued Clients,

Thank you for choosing Desi’s Dog Wash to care for your pets. To provide the best service and keep our schedule running smoothly, we kindly ask that all clients review and follow these policies:

Appointments
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• If you are 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be immediately canceled and subject to the rescheduling fee below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
• We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a rescheduling fee of up to 75% of the grooming service price.

No-Show Policy
• Missed appointments without any notice will be subject to the full service fee.

Health & Safety
• All animals must be leashed when entering and leaving the building.
• Pets must be up to date on required vaccinations.

Please keep in mind we are kennel free and one on one so your cooperation helps us provide prompt, high-quality care to all our furry clients. We appreciate your understanding and support!
