Hey Y’all!
I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself again for all of my old and new clients.
I’m Amy Goudy, owner and groomer
at Bubbles & Barks Dog Spa & Boarding.
Many of you know that I spent most of my adult life caring for others in the medical field, and I truly loved every minute of it. Helping people was a passion of mine, and in many ways, it still is.
I opened Bubbles & Barks in 2018, but continued working in healthcare before finally coming home in 2021 to run my business full-time. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m still here today because of each and every one of you.
People and animals have always been my greatest passions. Whether it’s caring for them, helping them, loving on them, or simply building new friendships and connections, that’s what fills my heart. Owning Bubbles & Barks has allowed me to combine both of those passions into a career I truly love.
One question I’ve been asked a lot lately is, “Why did you relocate?”
The answer is simple…my family.
Between my husband and me, we have five amazing children who keep us constantly on the go as they chase their dreams. Moving closer to home has allowed me to be more present for them while also enjoying the peaceful country life that I love so much. There’s truly no place I’d rather be.
When I’m not at the shop, you’ll usually find me cheering on our kids from the sidelines, spending time with my husband on the farm, or enjoying the simple moments that make life so special.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you for trusting me with your precious pets and for supporting Bubbles & Barks through every step of this journey. Your loyalty, encouragement, and friendships mean more than you’ll ever know.
I’m so excited to continue serving this wonderful community and to welcome both familiar faces and new ones for many years to come.
