Job Title: Saddler & Groomer

Bar W Performance Horses, led by renowned trainer and horseman Rhett Baker, is a premier training facility specializing in performance horses. We focus on developing horses to excel in various disciplines. Our commitment to quality care and performance excellence extends to every aspect of our operation, and we are looking for a skilled Saddler & Groomer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
ย ย ย ย ย -Saddling: Get horses from stalls to saddle and bridle them
ย ย ย ย ย -Grooming: Provide daily grooming, bathing, and care for horses to maintain coat health and appearance.
ย ย ย ย ย -Riding: Warm up and cool down horses when needed

Qualifications:
ย ย ย ย ย -Experience in saddling and equine grooming
ย ย ย ย ย -Attention to detail and passion for horse care
ย ย ย ย ย -Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ย ย ย ย ย -Prior experience with horses is a plus
