Since there was so much backlash last night I will repost this and comments will be off.

Good evening everyone! We will be closed the last week of October due to the railroad crossing in Nelson being shut down for the week. Please know that those who have appointments that week, I have been in contact with to try to give you first dibs at another slot either before or after.

🐾 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT — NEW CANCELLATION POLICY 🐾

Due to the high volume of last-minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows, Valley Dog Grooming LLC will be implementing a new cancellation policy beginning September 1st, 2026.

✨ Last-Minute Cancellation / No-Call No-Show Fee:
A $75 cancellation fee will apply to last-minute cancellations and no-call/no-shows. This fee can be paid at the time of cancellation or before your next scheduled appointment.

⏰ Late Arrivals:
Arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice will result in cancellation of your grooming appointment, along with the $75 cancellation fee.

💗 We completely understand that unexpected things happen! However, last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill appointments with clients who are waiting for an opening.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another furry friend who is waiting for a spot. 🐶

Thank you so much for understanding and supporting Valley Dog Grooming LLC! We truly appreciate each and every one of our clients. 🐾💕
