Does something unexpected ever happen and you just know it’s meant to be?

Everybody- meet Mimosa Grace. 3 month old mix of “a little bit of everything.” We’re actually not fully sure that she’s 100% dog yet. Possibly part gerbil🐹

Why Mimosa Grace?

• Latin (and Greek) Derivative of Mimosa is Mimus, Mimos, or MIME: this girly took to Mor right away and spends every second of the day doing exactly as Mor does🪞👯‍♀️
• Any day that I’ve ever caused trouble started with a Mimosa😝🍾
• Grace in hopes that she finds some balance. In the meantime, we’ll giggle at the irony⚖️💥

I’ve been interviewed A LOT in the past couple weeks and it had me thinking…there are so many untold stories of so…why not do it myself? Introducing the unpaid employees of June’s Room! Meet Tony. Also the strong silent type😝

This is somehow a post full of hope and grief at the same time. I believe both can and will coexist.

Miss Mor has never stopped looking or waiting for her sister- even 5+ months later. She has never lived as a solo dog and even though we’re trying everything, she isn’t adjusting. So, we’re looking for a friend.

General Asks:

• Must be neurotic about moving, going, and adventuring. We’re a family that does anywhere from 4-14 miles per day around town, on trails, while hunting, at camp, or in the middle of nowhere.

• Must be above 30 lbs when full grown. Mor has a high prey drive and anything that resembles a squirrel or bunny out of the corner of her eye will be treated as such.

• Must be capable of ignoring Mor’s temper tantrums or at the least- not be triggered by them. Can also have a tantrum right alongside her, I guess🤣 The mor(e) the merrier!

• Can be a male or female of any age; can be ethically bred or a rescue; can come with whatever baggage for us to work through. Mor is an equal opportunity sister to all. (Abby might be interested in a male dog because she’s convinced it might actually love her then😝)

Yes, we’ve been looking at all the local rescues and there hasn’t been a pup that just screamed us so that’s why we’re asking for your help. If you know us and you see a dog that fits us, let us know❤️🐾

We know that there’s a lot of new people joining us and we are so beyond grateful. We also know and understand that we have created a gap between our business page and our personal lives which may be confusing but is exactly as intended- we don’t post on our personal pages anyways.

But, both of us have lost friends and family to countless wars, conflicts, and other overseas engagements. We don’t come from privilege- we come from sacrifice and we carry that with us daily.

We will be taking the weekend to honor all of them.

If there are any immediate needs- please use a tag such as “urgent” in your email or message or visit us out at Princeton for their summer kickoff on Sunday.

Otherwise, we will be unreachable and making the most of it for the ones who didn’t make it home and for those who made it home with invisible wounds we didn’t have the chance to mend.

It’s been a GREAT week! Not only are we back in the swing of markets but Wednesday morning we got this message😱

I cannot recommend the local Neenah community enough- our neighbors were relentless in their search and it paid off.

The cherry on top is that it works. It is all functional minus one speaker…24 days fully submerged and all we lost was a speaker.

First order of business? iCloud backup😂🤦🏻‍♀️

One sure sign summer is on its way? Farmers' markets have returned to Northeast Wisconsin.
