Hi everyone & happy Tuesday!
We wanted to share an important update regarding our pickup policy, as this has become a frequent issue lately.
We absolutely love spending time with your pups and are always happy to let them hang out for a short time after their groom—especially when we finish earlier than expected. However, we’ve recently had an increase in delayed pickups after our notification messages are sent.
For some dogs, extended stays require kennel time, and while a few are comfortable, many become stressed in that environment and it can sometimes effect dogs on the tables being groomed. Our top priority is always their safety, comfort, and overall experience with us.
Moving forward, we kindly ask that all pups are picked up promptly after you receive our notification. If you know in advance that you’ll need a later pickup time, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can plan accordingly. We completely understand that schedules can be busy and are always happy to work with you when we have proper notice.
Starting today, we will be updating our service agreements to include this policy. These will be sent out over time, and we ask that you please review and sign them carefully.
