📢 Important Announcement from Life Is Golden Pet Resort 📢
We have some exciting news to share!
Beginning June 16, 2026, Life Is Golden Pet Resort will be transitioning from Petunia to Gingr as our new reservation and client management system.
First, we want to sincerely apologize for asking everyone to learn a new system again. We know software changes can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Over the past several months, we’ve received a significant amount of feedback regarding Petunia. We listened carefully to your concerns and ultimately decided it was time to move to a platform that better serves both our clients and our business.
After researching several options, we chose Gingr, one of the leading software platforms in the pet care industry.

No more needing to submit everything through the app. We’ll be able to assist with reservations directly.

Gingr offers a more user-friendly client portal and mobile app experience for pet parents.

Automatic reminders will notify you before vaccinations expire, helping ensure reservations aren’t delayed due to missing records.

🐶 Already have a Petunia account?
Good news — we are currently working on transferring existing client and pet information from Petunia into Gingr. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible so you hopefully won’t have to re-enter all of your pet’s information, vaccines, and details again. We appreciate your patience while we work through the transfer process!
Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sending additional information on how to access your new Gingr account and what steps you’ll need to take before your next reservation.
