Yesterday was bittersweet. ❤️ After almost 14 incredible years Soundside Animal Hospital, my journey here is coming to an end. I started as a volunteer, moved into roles as a vet tech, receptionist, and surgery tech, and in 2017 I became Hospital Manager.

The love I felt at work yesterday was something I'll never forget. The walk down memory lane with all the photos was beautiful, the team who came in on day off for hugs was amazing. To the team who doesn't even work here anymore. And the clients who came in for goodbyes...I felt all the feelings!!!

Every single person I’ve worked with over the years and the sweet clients I've met has become family. We’ve laughed, cried, supported each other, and built a bond that’s impossible to break. I truly love my Soundside family, and saying goodbye to this chapter is heartbreaking.

While my time at the clinic ends here, the friendships and memories will stay with me forever. I’ll be staying with the company in a remote role and will also be serving more with my church—both exciting changes, but still so hard to leave this amazing team.

Thank you to everyone—coworkers, clients, and fur-babies—who made these years so meaningful. 💕❤️Erica!

After 13 years, our beloved hospital manager Erica Clukey will be taking a step back. Tomorrow is her last day so if you're available, please stop by to wish her well in this next chapter as she transitions into a new opportunity! Her smile, heart, and charisma will be missed by all!!! ❤️

UPDATE ON THE KITTENS STILL LOOKING FOR THEIR FOREVER HOME 😻🏠

I have two male kittens ready for adoption - approximately 14 weeks old (born at the end of April). Their names are Imp and Smokey. Imp is solid black with beautiful green eyes! Smokey is a soft gray color with flecks of white. They can be adopted together or separately. Both kittens have had their first set of shots (including Rabies) and have tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Both have a very sweet temperament, and are easy to handle. They love to be combed and can even tolerate having their claws clipped. If you are interested, please contact me at 850-207-1947
